The 13th edition of the Thematic Dossier of the French Scientific Committee on Desertification (CSFD) addresses the issues of gender relations in rural arid zones as well as the important role of women in the fight against desertification.
This dossier was written by several authors - including Bernard Bonnet, Célia Coronel, Agnes Lambert and Marion Tréboux of Iram - and coordinated by Isabelle Droy, socio-economist at the IRD (UMI Résiliences) and President of Iram. The dossier was also released in French. A factsheet, in English and in French, summarizes its key messages.
